Job Description for Customer Service Role
We are seeking individuals to join our call centre team, handling a wide range of inbound and occasional outbound calls. Customers are central to our business, and we need a dedicated, personable team to manage approximately 7,000 daily calls across our Customer Service departments.

Requirements

No prior call centre experience is necessary; comprehensive training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Location and Hours
Based in Hartlepool with free on-site parking. The role involves an average of 37 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 8pm on weekdays, and 8am to 4pm on alternate Saturdays. Bank holiday work may be required, with shift patterns communicated three weeks in advance.
