About the Role In this role, you’ll support students with a range of special educational needs, both in the classroom and through one-to-one sessions. You will help them achieve their personal and academic goals while ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs, both in group settings and one-on-one. Work with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies and individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages and motivates each child. Assist with personal care and well-being needs where necessary. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers, ensuring each child’s needs are met. Support children’s emotional and social development, helping to build their confidence and self-esteem. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable but not essential. A passion for supporting students with SEN and a commitment to making a difference. Patience and empathy, with the ability to understand and connect with children who have a variety of needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff. Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to meeting the needs of the students. Why Join Us?
