Family Solicitor/CILEX - Salisbury Office
An exceptional career opportunity awaits an experienced Family Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer to join a highly respected, award-winning team specialising in family law. Based in Salisbury, this role is ideal for a solicitor looking to take their career to the next level within a supportive and ambitious firm.
The team is committed to delivering expert advice and compassionate guidance across all areas of family law, including divorce, separation, financial provision, and children matters. You should have 2-5 years' PQE and a comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge in family law. Membership in Resolution is desirable, and training in mediation or collaborative law would be an advantage, although it's not essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client-focused service to a diverse and loyal client base. This role offers the chance to help shape solutions for families during challenging times, while developing your own expertise in a forward-thinking environment.
Beyond technical legal work, you will be expected to play an active role in business development, contributing to the team's marketing efforts and helping to expand the department's reach.
