This will range from a wide variety of physical, emotional and behavioural needs, you will help to encourage pupils to be engaged and interested to make them feel safe and happy in a learning environment. Main roles and responsibilities - Help assist the lead teacher enable each pupil to access their curriculum. Engage with playground activities. Communicate with parents and guardians. 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 support. Ensure childrens safety at all times. Key skills and requirements - Have experience working with SEN pupils.
