Asan ERP Solution Architect, you will be a trusted advisor toclients, leading the design and implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions. You will work closelywith stakeholders to define solution architecture, ensure alignment withbusiness needs, and drive digital transformation strategies. 1. Finance, Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry background highly desirable.
2. 10 + years of ERP experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
3. Full life cycle Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management implementations as a Solutions Architect.
4. A validated structured approach to written and verbal communication. Able to communicate sophisticated solutions to less technical people.
5. Understand the concepts and applications of Microsoft technologies related to D365 including the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
6. Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide D365 implementations, focusing on pre-sales/business development and engagement delivery.
7. Experience managing large geographically distributed teams.
8. Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.

Thisrole is responsible for the definition and delivery of the overall ERPsolution, including system integrations and recommended ISV's or best of breedsolutions.
Aswell as leading end to end engagements you will be expected to support withpresales activities and building implementation services estimates, staffingmodel and delivery approach using Avanade tools and methodologies.
Duringthe project implementation, you’ll define the scope and ensure a qualitysolution is delivered to the client. A client centric attitude and excellentinterpersonal skills are required to lead discussions with senior executivesthrough to the successful management of a diverse group of consultants todeliver the final solution.

14. Defineand manage the functional architecture, with the overarching accountability andresponsibility for the solution.

17. Leada team of functional consultants.
18. Reviewand be accountable for the documentation and outputs of the consultants,ensuring alignment to product and solution requirements.
19. Representand provide support as an escalation source for project team consultants andclient.
20. Workwith onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions.
21. Supportand mentor consultants on a project.
22. Supportthe sales team in the solutioning of deals.
23. Stayupdated on Microsoft’s latest innovations and contribute to internalknowledge-sharing initiatives.
