Job summary Church Langley Medical Practice has an opportunity for a operations supervisor based within our reception/admin team on a full-time basis for 37.5 hours per week. This is an office based, 5 day per week role. In this essential front-line role at the practice, the operations supervisor will oversee day to day operations, ensuring the reception team help patients access the right services, assist with keeping health records accurate and ensure that appointment bookings are well-managed. Within this role the they will work within the existing team to promote the core values of the practice. Main duties of the job Managing reception and the reception team. HR set-up. Complaints primary contact. Telephone data reporting. Identifying and delivering training. Compiling reception staff rotas. Supporting the management team by compiling reports. Coordinating cover for staff absences. Working with the GP Assistant to coordinate home visits. Scheduling and take minutes for the PPG meetings. Championing continuous improvement.
