D365 CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant
The Role:
Working with SMB organisations to help them understand, design and deliver innovative sales, service and business excellence solutions in order to drive their organisation forwards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
2. Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements.
3. Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design
4. Design & build of customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform toolkit
5. Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer
6. Supporting the sales and customer service team throughout the customer lifecycle
Must Have Skills/Experience:
7. Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
8. Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate
9. Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Excellent stakeholder management skills
12. Understanding of or experience in delivering business change
13. Creative problem solving skills
14. Strong planning and organisational skills
15. Strong presentation skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
16. JavaScript experience
17. HTML5 experience
18. Dynamics 365 Field Service experience
19. Project management skills
