This person will work closely with the Technical Services Manager and Health & Safety function playing a pivotal role in ensuing all new starters receive a warm welcome, are correctly onboarded, receive a thorough and comprehensive induction and regular ongoing support. You will need to have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and be self motivated. The successful applicant will: Hold relevant industry experience ideally from within a contracting business spanning recruitment, employee onboarding and/or the administration of training records be an effective communicator at all levels hold effective IT skills be able to manage competing priorities and satisfy deadlines Remuneration: Salary up to £28K / annum 39.5 Hours / Week 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 16:00 Fridays Holidays 29 days holiday per annum (including 8 statutory holiday days) rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum 33 days / annum.
