Marketing & eCommerce Executive We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & eCommerce Executive to join our team and support across all our online and digital touch points. This role reports to the eCommerce and Operations Manager to assist them in marketing and trading of SaraMiller.London as well as delivering excellent customer service to our international database. The role is responsible for supporting all things digital, including communication across social media channels, email marketing, blog content and wider marketing calendar. This is an exciting full-time, in-house position to join our incredibly passionate and dedicated team in our North London studio. Responsibilities Include: • Website Management - writing product copy and uploading new product data and imagery, merchandising and category management of our online store. • Liaise with web developers to implement improvements and complete necessary testing to optimize the online store and user experience. • Work with our 3rd party fulfilment partner to ensure a smooth efficient operations and consumers are offered the best experience • Digital Marketing – work closely with our digital marketing agency providing content for paid advertising campaigns and SEO optimization • Support CRM activity including retention strategies and loyalty programmes, customer journey automations and managing our email database. • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo to nurture leads and drive conversions. • Social Media Management – manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), creating engaging content, responding to comments and messages to enhance customer engagement. • Plan and execute the brands marketing calendar, detailing seasonal launches, marketing initiatives, influencer outreach, blog and any other adhoc projects • Work with the design team, create briefs and guide output to produce engaging content across the channels in accordance with the marketing calendar • Continually finding ways to improve processes and operations to maximise efficiencies • Deliver a high level of service to our customers SKILLS REQUIRED: • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and ecommerce. Degree or equivalent preferable. • Knowledge of Shopify advantageous • Confident using Microsoft Office, and have the willingness to learn new web modules • Good administration skills • Keen interest in learning and growing your skillset within marketing and eCommerce • Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving the processes • Proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an excellent eye for detail • Photoshop skills advantageous, but not essential • Familiar with licensing and experience in a homeware and lifestyle brand being advantageous. • Ability to work autonomously and think independently • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules. • Team-player and excellent communicator, a guardian of brand tone of voice. • Permanent right to work in the UK BENEFITS: • Competitive salary • Pension Scheme • Generous product discount • Private Healthcare
