Job type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 40 Hours Per week, R olling 4-week rota. Our shifts are 8am - 7pm on weekdays and 8am - 6pm on Saturdays. When working a Saturday per 4-week rota, you will be given a weekday off in lieu. Our Client Care team is comprised of our Practice Manager, Client Care Manager, Practice Administrator & Client Care Administrators who all work together across our three practices. Your role and responsibilities The role is client-facing, based on our reception desks an involves all aspects of client care support such as; Welcoming and registering new customers. Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries Managing customer expectations regarding wait time. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. Taking payments Promoting offers and services Remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times, regardless of a client or visitor’s behaviour. Required Skills and Experience Previous Customer facing experience (Essential) Previous roles within the veterinary industry (Desired) Must be able to travel to & work across all 3 sites as required on a rota basis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly motivated to provide excellent service to clients and the practice Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent IT skills – Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel).
