They are presently recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler to work within the Repairs team. This is a busy role and will involve:
1. Providing an efficient repairs service
2. Scheduling repairs
3. Addressing customer queries
4. Repairs diagnosis
5. Issuing orders of work
6. Arranging any further appointments
This is a varied post and will suit someone with an excellent telephone manner, who is customer-focused and a real team player.
