An opportunity to join our marketing team in one of the most exciting roles in the South West!
As the events and activations executive, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of key company and industry events. This includes the upcoming company brand project and roadshow, our company trade show, as well as our year round commercial free trade events, supporting our brand plans.
About you:
Adaptable and highly organised, you’ll be confident activating our beer brands, including as part of key sponsorships, in a range of environments, acting as a brand ambassador for the business. You’ll have a flexible approach to duties and working hours, managing a range of relationships both internally and externally. You’ll evaluate results, communicate key learnings and propose new approaches all whilst staying focused on the budget.
* Great interpersonal skills; happy building positive relationships at all levels internally and externally.
* An understanding of budgets and the finances surrounding events
* Organised mindset with great attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
* Calm under pressure and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
* Flexible approach to duties and working hours and a willingness to work anti-social hours.
* Team player with well-developed people skills – listens to others, actively contributes and shows commitment to building relationships within the team, pubs and wider business.
