The role is full-time at 10PAs per week, with an additional PA as part of recruitment and retention. The post holder will also be required to maintain Section 12(2) approval under the Mental Health Act. To be part of the consultant CAMHS on-call rota out of hours and to contribute to the cross-cover arrangements as agreed with the CAMHS consultant psychiatrists. Whilst on-call, the post holder will be expected to offer expertise and support where necessary to trainees on-call. To be mindful of and actively involved in current safeguarding practices. To work independently and autonomously as a specialist offering leadership in CAMHS based services. Supervision and mentoring opportunities are provided within this post if needed.
