Logistics Coordinator
Salary: £30,000.00 per annum with an increase on completion of probation.
Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday to Friday plus 1 in 2 Saturdays 8am-12pm

To support our head office teams we are looking for an experienced Logistic’s Co-ordinator with a vast knowledge of route planning
and driver tacho laws.
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
You will take control of our Halo Recoveries operation and manage the day-to-day use of external third-party recoveries to ensure
our customers are given the best service to suit their needs. You will plan runs for our fleet of HGV’s ensuring efficiency in
each run and ensuring drivers are sticking within their legal requirements. The success of the role will be based on
run-efficiency and the ability to showcase cost savings through clever planning.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Logistic planning to deliver the highest service levels to customers & clients
* Manage Halo Recovery’s to eliminate unnecessary expenditure
* Manage, organise and plan internal logistic movements throughout the country
* Work with the Logistics Manager to create efficient runs, within specified SLA’s
* Work closely with the HQ workshop to plan vehicle collections and deliveries
* During periods of downtime assist with the company Fleet Operation.

* Excellent customer service (Essential)

* Working knowledge of route planning for drivers (Essential)
* Knowledge of driver Tacho laws (Essential)
* Knowledge of the accident repair sector (Desirable)
