Reporting to the IT Programme Manager we are looking for a people-focussed individual who understands the value of teamwork to partner with the rest of the business in delivering IT-enabled business change projects. We are looking for someone who can show unwavering determination in supporting the delivery of a global technology-led business transformation programme. As we are a vertically integrated organisation you will be working across multiple areas of the business, so your commercial acumen and ability to understand key business drivers within a complex business setting will be key. A key challenge in this role is managing the implementation of multiple projects within the context of a large programme. This will require excellent working relationships and strong critical thinking and decision-making, working across multiple delivery partners to achieve a smooth implementation. Being an expert in your field, confident in dealing with a wide range of people and having extensive skills in project management and IT-enabled business change projects, you will need effective organisational skills and experience in working with third parties. You will be an excellent communicator who makes sure all the teams you work with have clarity on progress and timescales, both internally and externally The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT business systems implementations with broad knowledge of a range of project methodologies and approaches and be passionate about finding solutions to any IT-related challenges.
