Bixby Research & Analytics is currently seeking an Operations/Compliance Associate based out of our Glasgow, UK office.

What We Offer:
* Develop deep knowledge of the leveraged loan market, which continues to grow in size and weight.
* Access to the resources of Fitch, including career advancement opportunities (dependent on exceptional performance).
* Lead the expansion of Bixby’s product into the European market.
We’ll Count on You To:
* Manage daily operational/compliance procedures.
* Work closely with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute associated operational processes and control systems.
* Oversee document management and categorization.
* Review, revise, and continuously improve existing compliance programs, policies, and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay compliant with mandated policies.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of work products in a time-sensitive environment.
* Manage permission of document and site access.
What You Need to Have:
* Bachelor’s degree required; a variety of educational backgrounds will be considered, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
* Compliance and operational experience; specific experience in finance/asset management is strongly preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
* Strong skills in accuracy, organization, and experience in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
* Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.
* Strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and the highest ethical standards.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
* Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred.
* General understanding of financial markets is preferred.
