Eastlight is seeking a People and Organisational Development Trainer to join our People Team! This is a full-time, fixed term opportunity, for up to 12-months to cover maternity.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions and workshops, fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. Working closely with HR and managers, you will assess learning needs, create development programmes for new starters and existing staff, and evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance data. Additionally, you will oversee apprenticeship processes and collaborate with external training providers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering learning programmes, and excellent communication skills. * £35,374 per annum
* Up to 12 months Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time
