Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Answer and direct incoming calls, responding to guest inquiries and requests
• Handle guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings and charges
• Process payments and reconcile daily accounts
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns
• Provide information about local attractions and services
