Technical Coordinator Approach Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning new build housing developer who are seeking a reliable and proactive Technical Coordinator to provide design and technical support on their projects based out of either their Cardiff or Bristol Office. Day to Day: Managing the design process of housebuilding projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance Taking responsibility for all technical aspects of a range of projects, ensuring projects are delivered to specification for clients within project time frame Monitor progress against project schedules and identify potential issues. Overseeing NHBC and Building Regulation applications through to approval Site management, including attending site progress meetings, carrying out on site inspections, identifying issues on site and working to resolve them Liaising with Engineers, Architects, and Sub-Contractors across multiple projects About You: Significant experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role Competent with design software packages e.g. AutoCAD, etc. Qualification in relevant field e.g. HNC/HND, Degree etc. Proven experience working in house building Package: Competitve Salary based on experience Annual Bonus based on company performance Private Medical Insurance and Digital 24/7 GP 34 Days of Annual Leave ability to purchase additional Life Assurance Discount Portals Sharesave Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to Work and EV Schemes Company Pension This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
