Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities that meet the EYFS framework. • Supporting children in their social, emotional, and academic development. • Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. • Working one-on-one or with small groups of children, focusing on individual needs. • Encouraging positive behavior and promoting the school’s values.
