2025 - Wealth Management Business Infrastructure Apprenticeship Programme - London
At Rothschild & Co Wealth Management, we provide a comprehensive range of private wealth services to some of the world’s wealthiest and most successful families, entrepreneurs, foundations and charities.
As a family-run business, the “family feel” runs through all our offices. We have a friendly, supportive, and collaborative culture.
The Wealth Management Apprenticeship is a great way to start your career in financial services and gain a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. After joining, you will spend the first four to six months rotating across three different teams.
The rotation period provides a valuable insight into how different parts of the company work, as well as exposure to how all teams connect and contribute to the success of the business. The teams you will rotate between will vary for each Apprentice and be dependent on your full-time team.
After the rotational programme, you will be placed in either our Investment Infrastructure team, Business Applications team, or Change Management Office team and will start studying towards your apprenticeship qualification, which takes 18-24 months to complete.
The Business Applications team is responsible for the development and running of key applications and platforms that support our business. They provide technical guidance on key projects and liaise with key technical teams across the group and external vendors to ensure we deliver first-class technology.
The Change Management Office team is responsible for the delivery and oversight of the project landscape across the UK Wealth Management business. This includes contributing to, and active project management of, larger strategic business or regulatory changes and the coordination and reporting of smaller, business-delivered, tactical initiatives.
The Investment Infrastructure Team ensures that investment changes and cash flows are handled smoothly and accurately. They make sure trading activities are safe and well-monitored and manage the legal and operational tasks for fund vehicles. The team also executes equity and bond trades and they track and analyse investment risks and performance.
All teams play a key role in ensuring we are meeting our regulatory requirements as a business and provide exceptional client service to our clients.
Successful candidates will initially be offered a fixed-term three-year contract with the opportunity to turn permanent based on performance, once their apprenticeship qualification has been completed.
