Our client requires a Commercial Roofing and Cladding Supervisor (Mobile). Duties include forming part of and supervising teams of reactive/proactive roof gutter cleaning and maintenance technicians throughout clinets commercial customer estates. Adhering to contract service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring the highest standard of works at all times. Ensuring Safe systems of work are deployed effectively. Co-ordinating the activities of the onsite teams, to ensure compliance with the schedule of planned works and ensure all tasks are completed on time and in line with customer expectation. Through quality workmanship, strengthen clients customer relationship and promote company profile.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Hands on coordination of the team’s onsite activities
* Ensuring health & safety protocol is followed by the team, including the wearing of correct PPE.
* Assessing the individual requirements of each new job, assigning tasks and responsibility carry out repairs as and where necessary.
* Prioritising cleaning, maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
* Liaising with head office to order materials as per the required procedure.
* Reporting, in detail, out of scope (non-PPM) issues and promptly advise the Divisional Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable solutions or repair recommendations.
* Ensuring that all tools and equipment necessary to complete cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks are available and serviceable at all times (as per company tool list).
* Utilising company software, maintain accurate time sheets job completion reports and mileage logs daily.
* Complying with the company Health and Safety Policy by implementing the safe systems of works as outlined in the site/activity specific Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
* Working with company and customer representatives to ensure policy standards are maintained at all times.
* Ensuring that company vehicles within the team are kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
* Complying with any other reasonable request or instruction from the Divisional Manager.
* Planning, delegating and working on maintenance tasks assigned.
* Carrying out PPMs as per specification.
* Liaising with and escort contractors if required.
* Correctly managing Site waste disposal from own activities.
* Safely and effectively operate MEWP. (1B, 3A and 3B)
* Addressing minor fabric issues.
* Ensuring the correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and procedure.
* Ensuring completion of Site Logbooks where applicable
* Coordinating any required job extensions with Management and the Helpdesk
* Demonstrating basic problem-solving techniques to identify root cause of issues.
* Attending training courses as and when necessary to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments.
* Adhering to the out of hours on call rota (as required).
* Be willing at short notice to work extra hours to complete tasks.
* Be prepared to stay in hotels when working on jobs in areas away from home.

* £30,000 pa
