Office Administrator - East Renfrewshire - Salary up to £25,000
CBW has an excellent new opportunity for an individual with a strong Administration background. You must have excellent communication and previous administrative skills and be willing to learn.
The successful candidate will be confident, polite and reliable. Your aim is to provide and promote an excellent service for customers and clients throughout the organisation. You’ll make sure that service standards are being met and problems are resolved. Below are more details on this exciting opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle multiple levels of administrative duties.
2. Ensure that company policies, procedures and practices are followed.
3. Compile findings and utilise spreadsheets for evaluation.
4. Help with the planning and preparation for internal & external audits.
5. Liase with other staff members on behalf of senior management.
6. Provide flexible cover across your Team.
7. Undertake any other duties as deemed appropriate by line manager.
To be considered:
1. Previous experience within an administration role.
2. Strong communicator and confident using different technology systems.
3. Extremely organised individual.
4. Keen to be progressed.
Salary & Benefits:
1. Salary - from £24,000 up to £25,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonuses!
