About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our team and take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment processes for Beaufort Education and Care in line with safer recruitment guidelines.
As the Recruitment Partner, you will:
Take instruction on vacancy requisitions for replacement roles and newly created vacancies
Plan and implement a recruitment strategy for every vacancy
Prepare job adverts in line with job descriptions and person specifications
Utilise job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn, Facebook, job fairs and other recruitment advertising media as required
Manage a talent pool for future opportunities and hard to fill roles
Recruit across the organisation, liaising with Ofsted Registered Managers and other stakeholders for our childrens homes, supported living accommodation and Head Office
Co-ordinate the selection process, liaising with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews and provide feedback
Ensure that safer recruitment is carried out in line with Company policy to safeguard the children and young people in our care - this includes robust vetting and background checks for every successful candidate
Deliver timely correspondence by telephone, email, letter and prepare contracts of employment
Keep accurate and detailed files on new recruits, referring any risks accordingly
Update recruitment trackers with progress of recruitment and onboarding of new starters
Understand the recruitment budget; analyse cost per hire
Provide regular recruitment updates to Operations and Board
In collaboration with stakeholders, ensure that all recruitment and selection processes and written documents are fit for purpose
Deliver recruitment and selection training and safer recruitment training to new hiring managers as required
About you
The role of Recruitment Partner would suit a Recruitment Adviser or Recruitment Administrator looking for the next step in their career, ideally with experience of in-house recruitment.
It would be advantageous to your application to show a good understanding of safer recruitment practices within a regulated environment.
In addition, the Recruitment Partner must be able to:
Understand the breadth of advertising required for each role and undertake proactive searches using CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
Confidently telephone screen candidates to assess their suitability
Be an ambassador for the company, liaising professionally with candidates, stakeholders, suppliers and other customers
Demonstrate a high standard of English both verbally and in written communication
Competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Accurate and detailed approach to record keeping
Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment, keen to make a difference
Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
