Multi -Skilled Maintenance Engineer Commercial Building North Glasgow - Salary up to £38,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM company based in Glasgow. CBW is currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer to be based at a commercial building in Glasgow North. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified electrical or mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance and be able to turn their hand to a variety of maintenance tasks. He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. In return, the company offers a competitive salary, further training, overtime.

Up to £38,000 Per annum
Monday to Friday 08:00 am 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance
Lighting lamp changes, ballast changes
Emergency light testing
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems.
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
Requirements
Electrical qualified Mechanically qualified
Experience working in a large commercial building
