Job Description Administrator Stanmore Monday - Friday £13.50 per hour Temporary-to-Permanent We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role you will be supporting the director with administration duties. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities General administrative duties, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining calendars for leadership staff. Accurately input and maintain records related to production schedules, inventory, and employee information in internal systems. Prepare, organise, and file important documents such as invoices, shipping records, compliance reports, and work orders. Scheduling and Planning: Assist with coordinating meetings, training sessions, and operational schedules. Ensure administrative compliance with safety, quality, and other manufacturing regulations by maintaining accurate records. The candidate Proven experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
