Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Reception students
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Participate in school events and meetings as required
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Prior experience teaching Reception or Early Years students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with Early Years specialism
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Full-Time hours are expected during term time, with potential for additional responsibilities outside regular hours.
