The Contribution You’ll Bring to This Role:
You will be responsible and accountable for the company’s Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Marketing Activities. The role involves providing administrative support to both the sales and marketing teams, managing data entry, lead generation, customer communication, marketing material creation, and campaign tracking, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall sales and marketing goals by maintaining accurate records and coordinating activities across departments. Key Performance Indicators for this role will include Sales, Output versus Budget, Growth of Pipeline, and executing the Marketing Strategy Plan set by the Marketing Manager.

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. What You’ll Do at Justrite:
* Manage inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally, providing information about products, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and maintaining Customer, Lead, and Opportunity records, ensuring all interactions and sales activity are recorded accurately within Salesforce.
* Maintain and build strong customer relations by providing excellent customer service prior, during, and post-sales, hosting weekly sales meetings with Distributors and Agents to obtain information pertinent to our pipeline.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations and proposals, maintaining sales collateral, and assisting with sales forecasting and budgeting.
* Support Shipping Exec to obtain same-day freight quotes to support 24-hour customer quotation KPI.
* Attend international Trade Shows, Conferences, and Face-to-Face client meetings to promote our brand and expand our pipeline while ensuring marketing materials are readily available for events and external parties as required. Further analyze activity around marketing events and present performance to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
* Responsible for Email Marketing and Social Media Management across various platforms, ensuring activity and deployments are streamlined with marketing events.
* Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring various marketing projects and events to ensure success.
* Demonstrate a keen understanding of customer trends and industry benchmarks, while actively staying ahead of the curve on emerging trends within the industry. Compile marketing data to support reporting and analysis.
* Support the creation of Value Propositions and Marketing materials.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
* Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred
* 3 - 5 years in Sales Environment
* 2-3 years marketing experience working with tradeshows or event planning
* Knowledge of CRM platforms – Salesforce preferable
* Knowledge of ERP platforms – Sage preferable
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft packages
* Excellent communication skills
* Responsible, organized, and disciplined
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging up to $35K. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience, and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
