* Hours: Full-time 44 hours per week

Requirements:
* Valid and clear NMC pin registration number (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
* Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
* Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
The Role as a Charge Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD):
* Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
* Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
* The ability to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
* A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
* Passion for providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families
