We rely on our Cash & Banking Administrators to help process the day-to-day cash operations of the Group, ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working in one of our central support functions you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer fantastic support to our business and to get the job done.
Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Cash & Banking Administrator with Huws Gray:
* Reconciling daily banking transactions on the Group’s banking platforms and being the point of contact for all queries relating to cash and banking.
* Reviewing and raising queries where discrepancies arise, and liaising with branch colleagues and other members of the finance team for escalation and clearance.
* Bank account reconciliations across all entities each month.
* Maintenance of bank accounts, documents and relevant information within the Group.
* Supporting the Cash & Banking Supervisor and wider Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks, assisting in project work where applicable, and being involved in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as necessary.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
* A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills.
* IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
* Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
* Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative.
