Your role will be essential in coordinating key administrative activities and streamlining workflow for the entire company. This is an incredible opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can multitask and stay organised under pressure.\n\nThis is for boutique firm based in Mayfair, there is huge potential for growth within this role, as well as significant financial reward.\n\nJOB TITLE: Procurement Administrator\n\nCONTRACT: Permanent\n\nSALARY: £30,000 - £35,000\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide comprehensive support to the directors, ensuring efficient daily operations.\nCoordinate and manage the directors' schedules, including appointments and meetings.\nSchedule, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for various meetings.\nAssist in prioritising the executive team's workflow, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.\nBe the welcoming face for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional experience.\nHandle internal and external communications, including calls and emails, on behalf of the directors.\nOffer general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.\nMonitor and order office supplies to keep the office running smoothly.\nMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all clerical tasks.Key Skills & Attributes\n\nExceptional time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks.\nStrong attention to detail, especially in data entry and administrative duties.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning new systems.\nA self-starter who takes initiative and remains calm under pressure.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.What We Offer\n\nThe chance to work closely with senior leadership and gain invaluable experience.\nCareer development and training opportunities to help you grow professionally.
