The Role:As a Level 1 Service Engineer, you will provide both remote and onsite technical support to our client’s customers, ensuring fast, efficient resolutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be translating technical information into clear, understandable terms for non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
You will deliver exceptional remote support via telephone and virtual tools, manage technical issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Prioritize and assess the impact of technical faults, escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line teams when necessary.
Accurately log technical details in tickets, providing regular updates to ensure transparency and quick resolutions.
Create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
