The Salvation Army provide the support service and some housing management services which will be inspected by Ofsted in the coming 12 months. \r Key Responsibilities: \r The role of Programme Manager is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable young people and has operational responsibility for service delivery within specific areas of responsibility. You will ensure the programme contributes to the overall service by achieving both internal and contractual Key Performance Indicators and working with the Service Manager and Support Staff to ensure services are high quality and cost effective. You will ensure the programme you manage maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service deliver. \r The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: \r Extensive experience working within a supported housing environment at managerial level. This role is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for service delivery within specific areas of responsibility. You will ensure the programme contributes to the overall service by achieving both internal and contractual Key Performance Indicators and working with the Service Manager and Support Staff to ensure services are high quality and cost effective. You will ensure the programme you co-ordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery. The core values will be an integral part of all programmes. Be qualified to NVQ4 or equivalent professional qualification in related field or be willing to work towards. Demonstrate proven entrepreneurial and management skills. Display exceptional interpersonal skills.
