Client Delivery Manager / Project Manager Overview:
The purpose of the role is to support, develop and plan a structured delivery approach that exceeds the clients' objectives and expectations. The role holder will play a key role in delighting clients and this position will oversee one Client Delivery Manager whilst ensuring effective client communication, operational excellence and efficiency delivering key client campaigns.
Client Delivery Manager / Project Manager Duties:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage Client Delivery Manager(s) to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
2. Work with the Client Delivery Lead and Product/Delivery Team to move towards standardisation of campaign delivery (platform and process) to reduce cost base.
3. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
4. Support in the achievement of key operational KPI's.
5. Set performance goals, regularly review performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
6. Work with the Client Success Lead to ensure day-to-day management and coaching of the Client Success Team.
7. Understand client business objectives and ensure campaigns align with their goals.
8. Support key clients on managing the day-to-day operational aspects of upcoming and existing projects and contracts.
9. Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to understand and establish targets, objectives, schedules and incorporating this into the project plan.
10. Serve as a point of contact for Account teams and clients, ensuring excellent communication fostering strong relationships.
11. Work with Account Directors to conduct regular reviews with clients, providing performance updates, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
12. Plan, coordinate and oversee the delivery of complex contracts and standard client platform campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
13. Align campaign schedule to incorporate resources required optimising workload distribution to meet demands of multiple, simultaneous client campaigns.
14. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial and Product Development to ensure smooth campaign launches and delivery.
15. Conduct regular reviews of Campaign delivery processes, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
16. Collaborate with Client Delivery Lead, Operational Leads and the wider team to standardise processes, workflows and best practice.
17. Support the team to identify inefficiencies, develop actionable strategies to address root causes.

1. 3+ years proven experience in a client delivery, client services, or project management role, ideally within the technology or marketing/agency environment.
2. Strong leadership skills, working with high-performing teams.
3. Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
4. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance.
5. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering high quality projects.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
