Job summary The Integrated Community Rehabilitation Services (ICRS) in South Manchester Local Care Organisation are currently recruiting a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistants who is passionate about providing care to residents in their own home. There will be the opportunity to work with a variety of services that make up the ICRS as assistants will rotate. These services include, Community Therapy Team, Community Falls, Post Covid and Community Neuro Rehab Team. ICRS provides therapy for patients with a wider range of conditions who would may be struggling to access care in an out-patient setting. The successful candidates will work with a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist as well as the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide treatment and intervention as prescribed by a qualified clinician. The successful applicants will possess experience of working within health or social care teams, show good communication skills and be dedicated to providing high quality care to patients. They will also need to have a UK driving license and access to a vehicle to travel across South Manchester to be able to carry out home visits.
