Hunter AHP are seeking an experienced Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join an established NHS hospital in Surrey. This is an exciting ongoing opportunity with flexible working hours (3, 4, or 5 days per week), offering a chance to enhance your skills in a supportive hospital environment.

Previous wards experience is essential and required
£28 to £32 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing clinical pharmacy services across various wards within the hospital.
Conducting medication reviews and therapeutic drug monitoring for patients.
Ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medicines across the hospital wards.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and medication management.
Offering advice on drug interactions, formulary management, and therapeutic options.
Supervising junior staff and providing guidance where necessary.
Reviewing and assessing prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
Requirements:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
Band 7 experience or equivalent in clinical pharmacy settings.
Previous ward experience is essential, ideally within an NHS hospital environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
A patient-focused approach with a strong commitment to safe and effective medication practices.
