Job Description
This is a part time post and the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked.
Do you have the experience to join us as a Care Coordinator in a modern 56 bedded care home. Your responsibilities will include, leading and directing the care team to ensure delivery of person centred care.
You will promote and encourage staff interaction with care, meaningful activity and infection control processes. Your role will be to develop and support staff throughout your shift. You will lead and support with H&S and all Fire procedures within the building. You will be part of our management team within Crosslet House and your role will include promoting quality standards to comply with current legislation and council policy. To carry out the required administrative procedures and to contribute to staff development and manage all aspects of the the electronic medication system and Care Planning system. We will welcome applicants who would enjoy being part of our busy Team.
You should have or be working towards SVQ 4 in Care and Professional Development Award or equivalent. You should be able to register with SSSC.
