Your Role:
The Sales Development Representative supports a remote sales team and is responsible for generating new business via inbound and outbound opportunity qualification.
Your Opportunity:
1. Research target accounts for outbound campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and grow sales qualified pipeline.
2. Promptly follow-up on inbound sales inquiries and generate new sales qualified opportunities to contribute to the pipeline generation.
3. Support the sales team in the region by scheduling meetings and demos with potential prospects and existing customers.
4. Support the Marketing team by promoting Tenable webinars and events for the region, including sending event invitations and managing follow-ups. In-person participation in events might be required.
5. Manage and update Tenable databases & CRM’s as it relates to the respective region.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
1. 1-3 years in sales development and cold calling roles with experience in outbound prospecting and a focus on hunting.
2. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Must be detail-oriented and possess great time management skills.
And Ideally:
1. Computer proficiency – experience using Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
2. Bachelor’s degree.
