An overview of the role:
In a world of digital transformation, new operating models, and the new normal post the pandemic, organisations are facing major disruptions that require HR to help transform the way they think and act. Our Employee Experience & HR team’s purpose is to help our clients rethink employee experience and establish the digital HR function powered by data whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client’s shared vision.
In your role you will engage with a range of clients to drive sustainable business outcomes within the realm of Digital HR Transformations, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors. Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will use your SAP SuccessFactors and HR Technology expertise to lead designing solutions and improve people experience with the use of HR technologies and tools.

Overall, the ideal candidate for the role of HR Technology Solution Architect should possess a strong functional and technical background, extensive experience in HR technology, and the ability to provide architectural leadership in complex, agile environments, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
Key expectations from this role include:
1. Lead the SAP SuccessFactors and HR Technology solution design aspects as part of wider HR Transformation programmes.
2. Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to teams.
3. Lead and manage multiple project workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration and integration.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
5. Build and enhance relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external vendors.
6. Manage the governance of solution design and technical architecture.
7. Develop HR Technology thought leadership.
8. Taking responsibility for development of junior colleagues.
9. Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and best practices.
We'd love to meet with someone with:
* Experience working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
* Delivered 5 full lifecycle experience SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
* Experience of sales, capability and proposition building and delivery.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
* UK Security Clearance (desirable).
