Tender, Contract and Pricing Specialist is responsible for the provision of Tender and Pricing submissions to the UK and Ireland Health Providers in conjunction with the sales representatives, Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Manager. They will be responsible for the assigned regional areas respecting deadlines, local market and national requirements ensuring compliance with high quality tender submissions whilst creating and maintaining customer excellence. Responsabilities Lead in delivery of tenders and contracts service to Public and Private Health providers in a timely manner Ensure submission of required Tenders and Pricing in line with requests and agreed with the sales team, the National Sales Manager to the agreed standard Contract and Tender management of stakeholders, including, Procurement organisations not limited to NHSSC, NHS Scotland, NHS Wales, NHS Northern Ireland, HSE and other buying organisations including Private Hospital Groups at appropriate management level Pro-active benchmarking of tender and contract submissions to ensure best-in-class approach Monthly expired pricing/Modifier/Contracts review in line with agreed expectations – including updating internal systems Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure robust Tender submission of high quality Ensure the EMEA Tender Manager is fully informed on the conditions of business and market through a regular reporting Any other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager including special projects out of region or country Experience: Proven experience working within commercial functions, ideally Tender Management, Sales, Product Management and/or Marketing/Public Procurement Experience working within the medical devices environment Ability to demonstrate use of persuasion/influencing tactics to achieve business objectives Thorough understanding of PCR 2015, EU Procurement Directives and understanding of Procurement Reform Act Commercial awareness of the healthcare industry; knowledge and understanding of products, services and marketplace – including e-procurement portals Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of customer service Proven project management skills which demonstrate flexibility/an ability to adjust to changing customer’s needs
