Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Develop expertise in project management methodologies, applying the latest theories and industry principles. Lead the delivery of innovative software products within the retail insurance sector. Collaborate with Junior Project Managers and Programme Managers to ensure project success. Support the planning and coordination of project tasks, timelines, and resources. Handle real business challenges and apply solutions to work-based projects. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project. Continuously learn and apply new project management techniques to improve outcomes.
