Salary: £35000 - £40,000 per annum

Main duties and responsibilities:
· Work with the Marketing Director to understand and define short, mid, and long-term marketing priorities.
· Own the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy
· Own the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to support key growth areas.
· Lead on the design and creation of high-quality sales collateral, including writing and proof-reading
· Management of digital strategy including website maintenance, SEO, PPC, and online chat.
· Management of the social media strategy with a focus on continuous growth & improved engagement across channels.
· Develop, manage, and maximise supplier relationships such as printers and agencies to ensure delivery of brand objectives and campaign plans.
· Assist with the delivery of internal communication channels/tools to ensure all colleagues are informed of business news, issues, changes, and direction.
· Manage a defined marketing budget with regular reporting highlighting return on investment.
What we need from you!
·Similar experience/background in marketing.
·Knowledge and experience of marketing tools such as Website, email marketing platforms, Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
·Development and implementation pf successful customer marketing campaigns.
·Copywriting and sales asset creation (web, brochures, pitch decks etc)
·Analysing performance and campaign/channel effectiveness.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Excellent planning and organisational skills and an ability to work independently and use own initiative.
·A meticulous attention to detail.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
·Creativity, dynamism, accountability, inquisitive, resourceful and solutions orientated.
