Primary School are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching assistant who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to support the teaching and learning of pupils in KS1 and lower KS2. Applicants should: Have high expectations of the pupils that they support Enthuse and motivate pupils Support the Christian ethos of St. John s School Have experience of record keeping in relation to children s progress Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour Have proven experience of supporting children with all aspects of their learning Have experience of teaching Phonics Establish good working relationships within the school team and the wider community Be prepared and willing to undertake training and CPD to meet the needs of the pupils St. John s Mosley Common C.E.
