As Talent & Leadership Manager you will be responsible for designing, delivering and implementing bespoke learning journeys and content to create an industry leading line management and leadership culture within OSB. You will also be responsible for delivering development interventions to drive internal talent progression, particularly for diverse groups and future leaders
Please note, this role can be based in either the Wolverhampton or Chatham office and has the benefit of operating within our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home.
As Talent & Leadership Manager, you will enable OSB to create an environment where every colleague is receiving from their line manager, the coaching, feedback and support they need to thrive at OSB. You will leverage industry best practice to execute modern learning practices and content in OSB Group.
Defining, creating and communicating learning pathways to increase capability of line managers and leaders in OSB
Collaborating with internal and external SMEs, business functions and the People Transformation team to understand the key capability gaps today and in the future
Leading the Talent & Leadership Learning team and cross functional squads using agile learning practices, providing management, leadership and coaching to nurture a high performing environment

Previous experience creating and delivering bespoke learning and development journeys including content curation
Knowledge of talent and leadership learning approaches
