The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the administrative team and ensuring the smooth operation of the administration function. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating administration activities, and also completing administration tasks. They also advise clients on personal financial and tax planning issues, to help them achieve security and peace of mind, now and for the future, for themselves and their families.\n\nDescription\n\nThe key responsibilities for the Team Leader role are:\n\nAssign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.\nFacilitate communication between departments and external partners.\nPrepare and present reports on administrative activities and performance.\nImplement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.\nResponsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained.\nComplete various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business.\nCover reception as and when required.Profile\n\nThe successful candidate for the Team Leader Role is someone with the following: \n\nAt least 2 Years experience in an administrative supervisory role.\nProficient in MS suite of products.\nStrong organisational skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.\nGood interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.\nInnovative approach to problem solving.
