Title: IT Project Manager Title: IT Project Manager Salary range : £48,750 to £58,750 per annum Location: Bristol or Leatherhead offices are preferable but would consider any office for the right candidate. Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home. Closing date is 30th April but we encourage early applications Business Systems is the department that manages the Information Technology systems and software for Frazer-Nash. Its primary purpose is to ensure that Frazer-Nash staff are provided with the right tools and software to keep the business at the cutting edge. The Business Systems IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, coordination, control, and seamless delivery of the Company's Business Systems projects. They will ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget, and that project milestones are met by the project team working together. The role involves working closely with the Business Solutions Lead to deliver the portfolio of projects, making the required changes to the company’s Business Systems and efficiently rolling them out to the Business. Responsibilities include: Run all aspects of projects under their control in accordance with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System and the Business Systems Process Manual; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget; Assist in the definition of project scope and goals, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility; Define the resourcing requirements for Business Systems projects and seeking resource availability and allocation to tasks; Create and manage project plans and budgets, monitoring and tracking progress; Provide Progress Reports on projects; Manage change to the scope, schedule, and costs; Manage stakeholder relationships; Apply risk management techniques to minimize project risk; Support and advise in delivering Business Process Improvement initiatives; Work with the company security advisors, ensuring compliance; Ensure the effective delivery of IT change projects within the Business Systems portfolio; Support financial planning and measurement, to accurately predict, account for, and optimise costs of delivering and changing the Business Systems. Essential Requirements The qualified applicant will meet the following minimum requirements: Clear project management experience of working in IT. Professional Project Management Qualification; Proficiency in communication, evaluative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills; In depth project management methodology knowledge - including both Waterfall and Agile; Ability to direct and manage project teams, displaying positive management outcomes. Additional Requirements It is beneficial if you meet any or all the following additional requirements: Knowledge and experience of M365 environments; Knowledge and experience of Azure; Knowledge and experience of ERP Systems; Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform; Experienced user of Microsoft Project.
