We are recruiting for a Site HR Business Partner to join our team at Müller Milk & Ingredients. This role is pivotal in partnering with business leaders and line managers to identify people priorities, create people plans, and implement organisation-wide HR strategies. The successful candidate will lead the site HR team, support the site leadership team, and drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
Deliver high-level professional advice on employee relations, organisational change, job design, new ways of working, equality an diversity, retirement planning, redundancy and colleague development.
Foster positive relationships with site union representatives.
Participate in strategic projects, either leading or as part of a multi-functional team.
Collaborate with Senior Leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Utilise HR data to generate insights and recommend actionable strategies.
Responsible for site compliance to the Muller Ethical Standard, legal and retailer ethical standards, and identifying and addressing internal risks and gaps.
Support workforce planning, including organisation design and succession planning.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Identify and guide HR service improvement opportunities. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Expertise in employment law and HR metrics.
Experience in workforce planning and development.
Strong analytical thinking and project management skills.
Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
Basic leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
