Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Quality Assurance Manager at CRACKERJACK TRAINING LIMITED in Birmingham. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing process improvements, and managing a team to deliver exceptional training programs.

* Previous experience in the education or training industry is a must
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
* Early Years assessing and IQA qualified
* Ability to lead a strong team with clear direction
