Pay: £12.82 - £14.76 Per hours (6.5 Hours daily)
Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Monday to Friday)

Your Role as a Nursery Assistant
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Supporting both teachers and pupils in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) classrooms, you will help to create an enriching and supportive experience for early learners.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Engage & Support – Assist in delivering interactive and stimulating learning activities.
✅ Nurture & Guide – Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children develop key skills.
✅ Encourage Growth – Foster independence and confidence in young learners.
✅ Create a Positive Environment – Ensure children feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
✅ Work as a Team – Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents for a seamless learning experience.
✅ Support Development – Monitor progress and adapt support to meet individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Previous experience working in a Nursery or EYFS classroom.
✔️ A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
✔️ A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
✔️ A passion for helping children thrive in their early learning journey.
What You Need to Join Us

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
