Job Description
As a key member of our engineering team, you will actively contribute to team performance and maintain a strong focus on customer care.
Your duties will include overseeing the activities of specialist sub-contractors and ensuring their work aligns with our standards of excellence.
Additionally, you will participate in the site's shift and call-out rota, providing essential support to address any maintenance issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the efficient and timely completion of PPM and reactive tasks across the campus
2. Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of M&E and HVAC systems and provide effective solutions
3. Prioritise scheduling of PPM and reactive work tasks in line with SLA's whilst ensuring a high-quality service
4. Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded
5. Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the sites engineering systems
6. Have a proactive approach in regard to reporting of issues and updating records to support site compliance
7. Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects
8. Utilise the site's technologies and systems when carrying out duties
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high profile corporate environments
2. Capable of fault finding and diagnostics on M&E and HVAC systems
3. Requires excellent teamwork, ownership and customer service skills
4. Ability to use IT systems and software
5. Health and Safety experience with IOSH qualifications desirable
6. Electrical, Mechanical or multi-skilled engineering trade discipline
7. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or similar qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
